Timorous Beastie
Timorous Beastie from the Douglas Laing distillery joins the Big Peat and Scallywag ranges and is a blended malt whisky made exclusively from Highland whiskies from distilleries such as Dalmore, Glen Garioch, Glengoyne, etc.
It is part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range, which represents the perfect distillation of single malt Scotch whiskies from each region.
The name is a tribute to Robert Burns' poem To a Mouse and Burns' wit, for although the mouse in the poem is shy and small, this whisky is quite the opposite!
The bottles are bottled at 46,8 % alcohol and come in gift tubes. The whisky is not chill filtered or colored.
