Description
The 18-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whisky Tomatin is made from Scottish barley, which is grown at an altitude of 1000 meters. After harvesting, the barley is crushed and fermented, then distilled twice through copper cooking pots. It matures in Spanish oak Oloroso barrels after sherry.
Aroma: grapes, spices, cloves, cinnamon, sherry, apples
Taste: maple syrup, vanilla, honey, oak, burn
Finish: balanced, long, slightly dry with a hint of lemon
