Umiki Whisky
Umiki Whisky is the world's first whisky to be made using ocean water from the Sea of Japan. This whisky is made as a tribute to the life-giving ocean and Japan. She has received an extremely large number of worldwide awards and medals.
It is produced by combining pure desalinated sea water and Japanese malt whiskies. After mixing, it was filled into Japanese pine barrels. The name was created by combining the words "UMI" (ocean) and "KI" (tree).
It is a sustainable whisky that is without cold filtration. It is filled in a 0.5 l bottle with 46 % alcohol content.
