Loyalty programme
Loyalty Program Rules:
- Every user of the site Bondston.com, customer of the e-shop, or customer of one of our stores (if they report their Bondston account at checkout) is included in the loyalty program,
- Who has placed at least one order as a registered customer. There is no need to fill out any forms or carry any cards - just give consent to registration when placing an order.
- The loyalty system operates based on the turnover that the customer generates, and based on that, they will be classified into one of the mentioned categories Bronze, Silver, Gold.
How does it work?
The loyalty system works based on turnover - the value of orders that will classify you into one of three categories, with different turnover thresholds for end customers (B2C).
End customers* Prices include VAT

Companies that have a VAT number and a license to sell alcohol automatically fall under the wholesale price list. If a company has a VAT number but does not have a license to sell alcohol, it falls under the price list for end customers.
For the customer:
- Your turnover is automatically credited for each paid (and non-returned) order from the e-shop or store.
- The turnover calculation for an order and the movement between categories within the loyalty program occurs once a day (at midnight) automatically after payment (invoice or receipt). In case of order cancellation, the corresponding turnover credited with that order will also be reduced. Therefore, movements between levels will be reflected only the next day after the order is processed or the product is sold in the store.
- Customers who have reached Silver and Gold levels have access to interesting limited products that are not available to other customer groups.
How to apply the discount?
If you are logged into your customer account, you will see a designation indicating that your account is in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold category, in the e-shop you will already see your personal prices for marked products.
You can expect the same prices when shopping in stores, if you report your user account at checkout (the cashier scans your QR code, which you have in your customer account). If you know in advance what you want to buy, we recommend doing it as an order through the e-shop with the option of personal pickup in the store. This way, you will know exactly what price you will pay for the goods on-site and speed up your purchase.
How is the discount from the product's sale price calculated?
- Discount vs. Loyalty discount: If the product is on sale and your loyalty discount is higher than the sale price of the product, you will receive the higher discount for the product.
- Advantageous set: In the case of an advantageous set, an additional percentage discount will be applied to your price (bronze, silver, gold).
- Quantity discount: In the case of a quantity discount, the discount is calculated from the Original price or your price (bronze, silver, gold) of the product.
Example:
An advantageous set has a 5% discount and the customer is Gold, so they will have an additional 5% discount, totaling 10% discount!
Validity period of the achieved discount
Achieved Discount (Bronze, Silver, Gold) is valid based on the achieved turnover for the last 12 months. This means that if a customer does not make another purchase that would keep them in the relevant turnover since their last order, they will be downgraded to a lower level. This information is displayed within the customer account.
