Dear customers, from February 14, 2024, our company switched to a system of turnover discounts for customers on selected products. The goal of the change is to achieve fairer and motivationally more interesting discounts for all of you!

Loyalty program rules:

  1. Every user of Bondston.com, customer of e-shops  is included in the loyalty program. No need to fill in any forms or carry any cards - just give your consent when purchasing.
  2. The loyalty system works on the basis of the turnover that the customer makes and based on this they will be placed in one of the Bronze, Silver, Gold categories listed above.

How does it work?

The loyalty system works on the basis of turnover - the value of orders that put you into one of three categories.

Loyalty Program

Boundaries for turnover discounts:

  1. Turnover is automatically added for each paid (and not returned) order of the e-shop or store. For purchases in currencies other than EURO, the turnover per order is converted according to the current exchange rate.
  2. Recalculation of turnover per order and shift between categories within the loyalty program takes place once a day (at midnight) automatically after payment. In case of cancellation of the order, you will also be reduced the adequate turnover of the amounts credited with the given order. Therefore, transfers between levels will be reflected only the next day after the order is completed or the product is sold in the store.
  3. Customers who have reached the Silver and Gold levels have access to interesting limited products that are not available to other customer groups.

How do I redeem my discount?

If you are logged in and you see an icon in the top bar indicating that your account is in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold category, in the e-shop you can already see your personal prices for selected product.

How is the discount from the sale price of the product calculated?

  1. Discount vs. Loyalty discount: If the product is on sale and your loyalty discount is higher than the price of the product on sale, you will be credited with the higher discount for the product.
  2. Bundles: In the case of an Bundles, an additional percentage discount is still applied to your price (bronze, silver, gold).
  3. Quantity discount: In the case of a quantity discount, the discount is calculated from the original price or Your price (bronze, silver, gold) of the product.

Example:
The discounted set has a 5 % discount and the customer is Gold, so they will be discounted another 5 %, for a total of 10 % off!

The validity period of the achieved discount

The achieved discount (Bronze, Silver, Gold) applies according to the turnover achieved in the last 6 months. This means that if the customer does not make another purchase since the last order, which would keep him in the relevant turnover, he will be relegated to a lower level. This information is displayed within the customer account.
