Return and cancellation of the order
With us, returning and subsequently claiming an item is as easy as buying it! Join us for a simple guide on how to return or claim goods with us.
Returning goods
The buyer is obliged to check the contents of the delivered package/parcel upon receipt of the parcel from the carrier (DPD, Packeta, Geis) in the presence of the delivery driver. If a deficiency is detected (contents not complete, goods damaged by transport, etc.), the addressee may not accept the parcel and shall claim the parcel directly with the carrier. The carrier shall then draw up a report with the addressee on the discovery of the deficiency and the consignment shall be delivered back to the sender. Please notify us immediately of the fact that a shortage has been detected on delivery and of the report drawn up and we will agree on the next course of action, e.g. a new shipment of the goods. Later claims of shortages (damage to the goods in transit, missing goods in the package, etc.) discovered outside the presence of the delivery agent cannot be taken into account. When claiming an order, the damage must be reported (from receipt of the parcel) within 48 hours on working days!
Of course, a package may look undamaged on the outside and inside there will eventually be something damaged or unsatisfactory (wrong bottle, damaged gift carton, broken jar in the package). In this case, please contact our helpline immediately by email: info@bondston.com It is necessary to send us photos of the damaged or incorrectly delivered goods without delay. Without photo documentation, the goods cannot be claimed.
Return of goods
In accordance with §12 paragraph 1 of c. 108/2000 Coll. on consumer protection in door-to-door and mail order sales, as amended, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This provision is extended to 14 days and applies only to goods sent and does not apply to goods purchased by personal collection in our brick-and-mortar store. The return of the goods is at your expense and responsibility.
The seller's statement as to whether the return request will be granted and whether all conditions are met will be communicated to the consumer within 30 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the supplier's address. If the returned goods are accepted, the consumer must subsequently sign a credit note for the goods sent to him and deliver the signed credit note to the seller's address (by post or in person). On the basis of the signed credit note, the consumer will be paid the amount for the returned goods.
Important notice! In order for the goods to be accepted back, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be returned complete and in their original condition, including the original packaging.
- Neither the goods nor the packaging must be damaged in any way.
- The goods must not show signs of consumption, wear or use.
