While most of the gin from Whitley Neill's family workshop has been inspired by fearless foreign expeditions of previous generations, gin Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger is a return closer to home. This rhubarb-ginger gin was inspired by childhood memories of the current owner Johnny Neill on a farm with grandparents, in the English countryside and a popular rhubarb from the garden complemented by a freshly warm pinch of fresh ginger in a homemade pie.
In addition to junipers, rhubarb and ginger, in this gin you will also find a harmonious mixture of botany, such as coriander, cinnamon bark, iris roots, archangelica root, licorice, sweet orange and lemon. Gin Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger tastes great with ice, in cocktails, but also in long drinks with tonic or ginger beer.
