Writers Tears

Writer's Tears are unique Irish whiskeys that combine rich tradition with modern innovations. Writer's Tears falls under Wals Whisky. It was born from the passion of Bernard and Rosemary Walsh, who founded Walsh Whiskey in 1999 and since then have been dedicated to creating excellent whiskeys for current and future generations. Writer's Tears is a celebration of the golden age of Irish distilling in the 19th century, when pot stills and malt whiskeys were blended into high-end blends, often called the "Champagne of Irish whiskeys".

The philosophy of the brand is built on the family motto "Never give up," which reflects their constant desire to experiment, create and improve. Walsh Whiskey seeks out the finest spirits and casks from around the world to create unique flavor profiles for its products. This creative and forward-looking approach allows the brand to create whiskeys that are authentic, innovative and full of integrity.
