Bunnahabhain Moine
Whisky Bunnahabhain Moine is a distinctive representative of peaty single malt from the Scottish island of Islay, which differs from the traditional style of the Bunnahabhain distillery, known for its non-peaty whiskies. The name "Moine" (meaning "peat") refers to the distinctive peaty character of this spirit.
Moine began distillation in 2004, with Bunnahabhain producing approximately 200,000 liters of peated distillate annually, most of which is used in the Black Bottle blend. However, limited editions of Moine, such as this one, are exceptional and offer an authentic Islay single malt peat experience.
The aroma of Moine is characterized by peat smoke, sea salt, a hint of iodine and citrus notes. The taste is rich and full, with hints of honey, black pepper and smoke. The finish is long and dry, with a subtle spicy note.
The bottles are filled with 46,3 % alcohol by volume, have a volume of 0,7 l, and come in gift tube.
