Jack Daniel’s Blackberry is a modern, fruity variant of the iconic Tennessee whiskey, combining the classic character of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 with the natural sweetness and freshness of blackberries. This liqueur offers a perfectly balanced flavor profile – smooth, fruity, and refreshing, ideal for easy sipping.
The base of the drink is the original Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, which is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee from the finest ingredients – corn, rye, barley, and pure spring water from Cave Spring Hollow. The whiskey undergoes the characteristic Lincoln County process, which involves filtering through maple charcoal before being aged in new oak barrels. This process gives it a distinctive smoothness and balance.
Next, natural blackberry flavor is added to the whiskey, imparting a fruity aroma and taste with an authentic summer character.
The aroma is dominated by sweet blackberries, vanilla, honey, and a subtle touch of oak. The taste is soft, fruity, and slightly sweet – blackberries beautifully blend with notes of caramel, honey, and vanilla, which are typical for Jack Daniel’s. The finish is medium-long, smooth, with a lingering fruity aftertaste and gentle whiskey warmth.
Jack Daniel’s Blackberry is perfect for sipping neat over ice, but also works wonderfully in mixes and summer cocktails – for example, with tonic, lemonade, or lemon soda. With its lower strength (35% ABV), it is a refreshing alternative for those seeking a smooth, fruity, and modern style of whiskey.
