Description
Taylor's Fine Ruby Port is a pleasant Portuguese port made from a blend of red wines from Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo. The wines were selected for their pleasant and refreshing taste and come from the Duro valley. Before blending, they aged for 3 years in oak casks.
Aging took place in the Taylor Fladgate cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. The wines were then blended together for several months to achieve balance. We recommend serving it as an aperitif or digestif. Store the port upright and protect it from light. Serve at a temperature of 12 ºC to 16 ºC. With its full tannins and concentrated fruitiness, Fine Ruby is ideal for the classic pairing of port and cheese.
