Sinteis (pronounced ‘sin-teesh’), meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, celebrates innovative craftsmanship in the selection of casks that create extraordinary whiskies.

This edition combines single malt whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks and in unique American Chinquapin oak casks from the Ozarks region of Missouri. The combination of these two types of wood creates a unique harmony of flavours and aromas, where the richness of dark fruit, baking spices and chocolate tones meet.

The aroma is dominated by sweet wood, buttery caramel and grilled honeycomb, complemented by candied fruit from the orchard, cocoa and molasses tart.

The flavour palette opens with ginger and buttery caramel, followed by fresh notes of candied lemon slices, fig jam, blackberries and molasses. The finish is rich and warm, with spicy cinnamon notes and a hint of rich cocoa.

Bottled at cask strength of 57,8 % ABV, this whisky is unchill-filtered and retains its natural colour, allowing its unique character to be expressed in all its fullness.
