Akori Cherry Blossom

Akori Cherry Blossom may appear at first glance to be a Japanese gin, but it is actually a gin from Spain inspired by Japan. The gin is produced by the family company Destilerías Campeny, which emphasizes a high level of quality.

The gin is a blend of rice distillate, to which various juniper and Japanese aromatic plants are added, the most prominent of which is the cherry blossom.

The aroma is fresh and citrusy, with an intense scent of juniper and notes of citrus peel. The taste is also intense and well-balanced, combining juniper, subtle notes of pitahaya (dragon fruit), and citrus notes of kumquat (a type of citrus). It is gently spicy thanks to ginger, perfectly harmonizing with the cherry blossom.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% and a volume of 0.7 l.

We recommend serving the gin over ice, complemented with tonic and lime or lemon, or as part of various mixed drinks.
