Akori

Akori Gin sounds Japanese, but it's a Spanish distilled gin inspired by Japan. It is distilled and produced in Barcelona, at the Campeny Distilerias distillery.

Dragon fruit (a cactus native to the Americas that has now been naturalised around the world) is added to the rice spirit, along with kumquats and ginger root. The revealed botanicals and rice base draw inspiration from Japan.
