Arran Machrie Moor
Arran Machrie Moor is a fantastic limited edition peat single malt whiskey originating from a Scottish island. It is made in the Lochranza distillery, which was the first to produce peat whiskey on the island.
On the west coast of the island of Arran lies a mystical peat bog called Machrie Moor. On its barren, undulating terrain, stone circles from the Bronze Age are scattered. One of them is known as Fingal's Cauldron Seat, where the allegedly legendary fighter Fingal tied his dog Bran.
This peat whiskey perfectly captures the rugged beauty and traditions of the country, along with the legend of Machrie Moor. It is produced without added dyes and cold filtration! The whisky was filled into bottles with 46 % alcohol content, which are contained in a gift black-copper tube.
