Bairnsfather Blueberry liqueur

New from the Bairnsfather workshop - blueberry liqueur with herbs. The production consists of maceration of whole forest blueberries (not just an extract) in the finest alcohol together with a secret mixture of herbs. It tastes excellent and in addition has beneficial effects on the body. Blueberries contain vitamins A, E, C, B1, B2, B6, folic acid, from minerals it is mainly calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, copper, magnesium and also high amounts of beta-carotene. Blue-violet color is a sign of high antioxidant effect. They help with digestive problems, lower blood sugar levels and eliminate toxic substances from the body. The so-called natural panacea.

Tip for a refreshing summer drink:
Add 50 ml of Bairnsfather Blueberry liqueur to a glass with ice and pour over the cooled Thomas Henry Tonic Water tonic. Garnish with a spoon of forest blueberries. Cheers!
