Balan Chardonnay 2022

Balan Chardonnay is a white, dry, Italian wine, vintage 2022. The production area includes vineyards in the Lison Pramaggiore and Grave del Friuli regions with varying geological compositions and two types of soil: clay and calcareous. The grape variety is 100% Chardonnay.

The grapes are gently pressed, the must is adjusted to a low temperature and cryomacerated to achieve better aroma extraction. The wine rests in steel tanks for several months before bottling, followed by another period of refinement after bottling.

The wine has a multi-layered and harmonious taste. Excellent bouquet and unique aroma.

We recommend pairing with vegetable and fish appetizers, vegetable broths, herb risottos, and light fish dishes.
