Balan Vie del Conte Cabernet is a red, dry, Italian wine. It comes from vineyards in the Veneto region. The grape variety is 100% Cabernet.
Upon arrival of the grapes at the cellar, the best bunches are selected and pressed. The juice is macerated in steel and cement tanks. During fermentation, the temperature is regulated by externally humidifying the tanks with water. Fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is refined in steel tanks for varying periods depending on the characteristics of the vintage, to achieve a balance between the different grape varieties before bottling.
We recommend serving with red meat, poultry, game, and aged cheeses.
