Baron Hildprandt - From ripe raspberries

This original sweet blended specialty of Baron Hildprandt - From ripe raspberries is made by macerating first-class raspberries. It is characterized by a harmonious, fruity and slightly sweet taste. Master distiller Václav Šinter oversees the entire production process.

Baron Hildprandt comes from the castle distillery in Blatná, which was founded in 1885 by Baron František Hildprandt. However, the Hildprand family had to leave this distillery, as well as the castle, in the middle of the last century, when they were forcibly evicted from the Czech Republic. Today, however, the family already owns their property and we can enjoy their excellent drinks.

"From ripe raspberries" is created by a combination of year-ripened fruit distillate, spirit, water and hand-made maceration of ripe fruit. The resulting mixture is still matured for 2 to 3 months in wooden barrels, in which Baron Hildprandt fruit distillates had previously rested.

The bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% and a volume of 0.7 l.
