Baron Hildprandt - From Ripe Raspberries

This original sweet mixed specialty Baron Hildprandt - From Ripe Raspberries is made by macerating top-quality raspberries. It features a harmonious, fruity, and slightly sweet taste. The entire production process is overseen by master distiller Václav Šinter.

Baron Hildprandt comes from the castle distillery in Blatná, which was founded in 1885 by Baron František Hildprandt. However, the Hildprandt family had to leave this distillery, as well as the castle, in the mid-20th century when they were forcibly displaced from Czechoslovakia. Today, the family has regained ownership of their property, allowing us to enjoy their excellent beverages.

"From Ripe Raspberries" is created by combining aged fruit distillate, alcohol, water, and hand-made macerate from ripe fruit. The resulting mixture then matures for 2 to 3 months in wooden barrels, which previously held Baron Hildprandt's fruit distillates.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% and a volume of 0.7 l.
