It is then gently sweetened with honey to achieve the perfect balance between the delicate dryness of sloes and the floral freshness of Hernö Gin.
The base of this sloe gin is Hernö Dry Gin. This organic gin draws inspiration from the nature of the High Coast World Heritage site in Sweden and is made from an organic spirit distilled from Swedish wheat, crystal-clear water from the distillery’s own well, and carefully selected botanicals from around the world. These include juniper, sloe berries, black pepper, cassia, coriander, lemon peel, vanilla, meadowsweet, lingonberries, and a gentle floral touch.
