Le Contesse Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is a dry prosecco - white sparkling wine with a protected area of origin. It was made from the Glera grape variety, hand-picked in the wine-growing region of the Conegliano Mountains, Italy (200 m above sea level).

Aroma : fruit tones of yellow apples, Williams pears, floral tones of agate flowers and wisteria
Bouquet : tasty, fresh and harmonious, very elegant

Extra dry Italian prosecco Le Contesse Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG ExtraDry made from the Glera grape variety, hand-picked in the wine-growing region of the Conegliano Mountains, Italy (200 m above sea level).
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo cold static decantation only by light pressing and cleaning of the must. A portion of the must is then stored refrigerated while the remainder of the mixture fermentes at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels in the presence of selected yeasts, with the help of which this sparkling wine acquires its soft and long effervescence. In the final step, the wine is bottled and left to ripen directly in the bottle in temperature-controlled warehouses for several more weeks.
