Bundle Le Contesse Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene
Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene is a semi-sparkling white prosecco made from Glera grapes from the wine-growing region of the Conegliano Mountains, Italy (200 m above sea level)
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo cold static decantation only by light pressing and cleaning of the must. A portion of the must is then stored refrigerated while the remainder of the mixture fermentes at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels in the presence of selected yeasts, with the help of which this sparkling wine acquires its fine sparkling. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to mature in temperature-controlled warehouses for several more weeks.
