Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante is a lightly sparkling white prosecco made from the traditional Glera grape variety. It is characterised by a light, fresh profile and delicate, elegant effervescence, making it ideal for everyday enjoyment.
We recommend serving it well chilled at 8 – 10 °C.
The grapes are gently pressed, and the must then ferments at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks, allowing the prosecco to retain its lightness, fruitiness and fine bubbles.
On the palate, Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante is light, fruity and harmonious, with notes of apple, pear and refreshing acidity. It is excellent as an aperitif, for informal gatherings or paired with light dishes, salads and cheeses.

Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene is a semi-sparkling white prosecco made from Glera grapes from the wine-growing region of the Conegliano Mountains, Italy (200 m above sea level)
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo cold static decantation only by light pressing and cleaning of the must. A portion of the must is then stored refrigerated while the remainder of the mixture fermentes at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels in the presence of selected yeasts, with the help of which this sparkling wine acquires its fine sparkling. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to mature in temperature-controlled warehouses for several more weeks.
Serve chilled to 8 - 10 ° C.
It's a great wine for a toast. It is perfect for light meals, but you can indulge in it with any meal and the entire dining time.
Le Contesse Bianco Frizzante IGT Marco Trevigiana is a white semi-sparkling Italian wine made from the Glera and Chardonnay grape varieties. The grapes were harvested by hand and ripened on the first and second ten days of September. The wine comes from the Treviso wine-growing region, Italy (40 m above sea level).
It is produced by light pressing and cleaning of the must by cold static decantation. Part of the must is then stored in the cold while the rest of the mixture ferments at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels with the help of selected yeasts. After this step, it is finally bottled and left to mature directly in the bottle for a few more weeks.
We recommend serving chilled to a temperature of 6 to 8°C. It goes perfectly with light and delicate dishes, grilled fish or fried vegetables. Residual sugar 10 g/l. It is a vegan certified wine!
