Le Contesse Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut Nature is a dry white sparkling wine made 100% from Glera grapes and originating from the Treviso wine region in Italy.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo only light pressing and juice clarification through cold static decantation. Part of the juice is then stored in cool conditions while the rest of the blend ferments at a controlled low temperature.

The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels in the presence of selected yeasts, which help this sparkling wine achieve its fine effervescence. In the end, the wine is bottled and left to age in temperature-controlled cellars for several weeks.

Ideal as an aperitif, but also a pleasant complement to appetizers, fish dishes, or sushi.

Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut by Le Contesse is an elegant Italian sparkling wine from the Treviso area in the heart of the Veneto region, made from the traditional Glera grape variety. It is true Italian Prosecco, distinguished by its purity, freshness, and harmonious character. Fermentation occurs using the Charmat method, which ensures the fine and lasting bubbles typical of quality sparkling wines. With a residual sugar of 10 g/l, it is a brut style, meaning a dry wine with a refreshing and elegant profile.

The aroma is dominated by fresh fruitiness – especially green apple, pear, and white flowers, which beautifully complement the clean, dry taste profile. On the palate, it feels light, lively, and pleasantly creamy. Due to its softness and balance, it is the perfect companion for any occasion – from a casual evening to festive toasts. Serve chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C.
