A traditional top distillate from the Bystrická variety, which disappeared from our orchards due to a disease of plums. Hand-picked, sorted and pitted fruits from the extinct Vihorlat volcano, where the disease has not affected, are very sensitively distilled to highlight all the flavors and aromas of this rare variety.
