Directly from barrel to bottle, without additives, Cab-Ron blends aged and extra old rums selected from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala, and Barbados, which mature in three different barrels: Oloroso + Bourbon + PX Sherry Cask, Triple Oak Sherry Cask Finished.
Its artisanal and complex production process combines tradition and innovation on both sides of the Atlantic. In the background of the rum, seductive notes of fresh spices, dried fruits develop, transitioning into leather and tobacco leaves. The taste is dry and aromatic, with a firm and well-structured presence that ends unexpectedly.
The adventurous and bold spirit of the Cab-Ron brand is reflected in the original bottle design inspired by piracy and featuring a relaxed touch, showcasing a white skull made from recycled porcelain shards. The bottle design is the work of artist José Piñera, who specializes in fine dining and cocktails and has worked for Michelin-starred chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz, the Roca brothers, and Adrià.
