The blending of the various rums is done continuously, with all barrels inspected and selected to continue the blending process.
Straight from the barrel into the bottle, without additives, Cab-Ron blends aged and extra aged rums selected from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala and Barbados, which are matured in three different barrels: the Oloroso + Bourbon + PX Sherry Cask, the Triple Oak Sherry Cask Finished, and the Triple Oak Sherry Cask Finished.
Its artisanal and complex production process combines tradition and innovation on both sides of the Atlantic. Seductive notes of fresh spice, dried fruit, and leather and tobacco leaf develop in the background of the rum. The palate is dry and aromatic, with a firm and well-structured presence that ends unexpectedly.
Cab-Ron's adventurous and adventurous spirit is reflected in the brand's signature pirate-inspired bottle design, with a relaxed touch that depicts a white skull made from recycled porcelain shards. The bottle design is the work of artist José Piñera, who specialises in fine dining and cocktails and has worked for Michelin-starred chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz, the Roca brothers and Adrià.
