Barceló Añejo rum is made from fresh juice extracted from sugar cane from the distillery's plantations and aged for 4 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels. A premium rum with an adventurous spirit, synonymous with the purest flavours of the Caribbean, worthy of the noblest Dominican tradition.
The rum has a bright amber colour. The seductive aroma of melted caramel with strong notes of spices and tobacco will enchant you. A gentle introduction leads to a rounded, slightly fruity, dry and medium-bodied taste with toasted nuts, dark caramel and vanilla.
It finishes with a delicious butterscotch, spice and caramel note is a ripe Caribbean rum. With a dry body and delicious fruity flavours and a slightly spicy aftertaste, this is an ideal rum for a variety of mixed drinks.
The bottles are filled at 37,5 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
