Chateau de Jau Cotes du Roussillon 2020

Chateau de Jau Côtes du Roussillon Villages is a pleasant red French wine from 2020, which is made from the Syrah grape variety 50%, Grenache Noir 30%, Cariganan 20%. Agly Valley Wine Region, Côtes du Roussillon Villages, France. It is a very nutritious and important wine-growing area of 100 hectares.

Vinification takes place by harvesting the grapes at the optimum temperature. The different grape varieties are vinified separately in the traditional way. They are macerated for 2 to 3 weeks. They were then mixed and filled into stainless steel vats in the winery's cellars.

It goes well with cheese, cold cuts and grilled vegetables.
