This dessert wine is recommended for toasts, with blue cheeses, desserts, and Indian cuisine, chilled at a temperature of 9 - 11 °C, in white wine glasses.

The aging potential of the wine is 10 to 15 years and has a low histamine below 0.25mg/l.
