Grand Bari Brut is produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation, which takes place directly in the bottle for a minimum of 9 months. This delicate, fresh sparkling wine with fruity flavours and aromas will delight any lover of dry sparkling wines. A quality sparkling wine is not to be missed at any special event.
Beautiful golden effervescence in the flute and unique Tokaj apple and airy lemon peel aromas on the nose. In the mouth, a predatory pithiness, freshness of pomelo, and a nice structure of bubbles and bitters. It's a gorgeous rich brut from Tokaj that caresses the palate of your mouth.
The wine is recommended to serve with freshwater fish, soft cheeses and as a welcome drink, chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C, served in flutes.
