Chateau Rúbaň Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé

Quality wine with late harvest attribute, wine with protected designation of origin, rosé, semi-dry . Cabernet Sauvignon variety, year 2023, South Slovak wine region - Strekov.

The wine was made from hand-picked and sorted Cabernet Sauvignon grapes after macerating on the skins for several hours. The fermentation process was carried out using a pure culture of active wine yeast in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 - 16 °C and was stopped before fermentation to dryness.

Wine raspberry salmon-pink color, very fruity attractive aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants. The taste of the wine is juicy and fruity, with a strawberry-creamy undertone and a fresh structure of spicy acids.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 - 10 °C. Bottle maturity 1 - 2 years.
