The grapes of this little-grown new nobleman Svoj sen ( Pinot Gris x Leánka x Riesling Rhine ) were harvested at the best technological maturity. The ideal content of acids and natural sugars allowed processing in reductive conditions with six months of lying on yeast sludge. 10 % of the wine matured for 6 months in new wooden barrels made of a combination of agate and oak wood, which further enrich the whole structure of the wine with fine tannins and highlight fruit tones.

Wine vivid yellow-green color. The aroma captivates with a multi-layered palette of citrus tones with hints of ripe apricots and sage. It is complemented by tones of orange peel and freshly torn summer pears, which confirms the full taste in the mouth after swallowing. The aftertaste of the wine is finished with a delicious citrus-mineral undertone.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 - 10 °C. Bottle maturity 3 - 5 years.
