Chateau Topoľčianky Sekt 1933 Blanc de Noirs Brut
Chateau Topoľčianky Sekt 1933 Blanc de Noirs Brut is a quality sparkling white dry wine with a protected designation of origin produced by the traditional method of secondary fermentation in a bottle. It was created in honor of the Slovak winery Chateau Topoľčianky, which was established in 1933. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region.
The special character of the Pinot Noir variety in the Blanc De Noirs design is supported by maturing for 9 months and the addition of 23-carat gold flakes. It has a distinctive character that offers a unique experience in the form of a goblet of fine pearls.
We recommend serving at 8-10 °C as an aperitif, with white meat, pasta, fish, cheese and ham. The gold (E175) found in the wine is not harmful to health.
