Cles des Ducs XO
The origins armagnac Clés des Ducs XO date back to the Armagnac region, located in Gascony, France, where a tradition of elegance and nobility has taken root in this impressive landscape.
Over the years, the brand has maintained its unique style and character, producing most of its spirits from Ugni Blanc grapes. Their vineyard area extends over the villages of Panjas, Maupas and Estang, which are famous for their brown sands. Light to medium charred barrels are used for aging to preserve the subtle wood influence.
This exclusive spirit is matured in cask for a minimum of 10 years, including 6 months to 1 year in new casks. It has a rich spicy bouquet with complex woody notes and a honeyed base. Its excellent finish is characterised by notes of candied dried fruit.
The bottles are bottled at 40 % alcohol, the volume is 0,7 l and the bottles come in gift boxes.
