Don Zoilo Oloroso 15 Year Old Sherry

Don Zoilo Oloroso is a fantastic 15-year-old dry sherry from the Jerez region. The climate of the Jerez region is warm due to its low latitude, as it is one of the southernmost wine-growing areas in Europe.

It has a beautiful mahogany color full of vibrant red reflections. It contains less than 6 g/l of residual sugar. It is made from the premium grape variety Oloroso, which underwent controlled fermentation at a temperature of 28 ºC. It ages using the Criaderas Soleras system for a minimum of 15 years in oak barrels.

We recommend serving it as an aperitif with cheese, beef, and game. We suggest serving it slightly chilled or at room temperature.
