Fino Pando Sherry

Fino Pando is a premium dry sherry from the renowned Spanish winery Williams & Humbert, which is among the legends of the Jerez region. This wine is made from the traditional Palomino Fino grape variety and ages using the unique Jerez Criaderas y Soleras system for 5 years under a layer of flor – a natural yeast film that protects the wine from oxidation and gives it its characteristic style.

The wine has a beautifully light, straw-yellow color and a delicate aroma, dominated by notes of fresh almonds, green apples, and a subtle salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze. On the palate, Fino Pando is dry, fresh, and delicate, with perfectly balanced acidity and a refreshing mineral finish.
