Glen Scotia 12 Years old Seasonal Release 2021
A limited edition 12-year-old Scottish Single Malt whisky that matures in ex-bourbon barrels and American oak Hogshead barrels. It then matures for 12 months in ex-sherry Oloroso barrels and in American oak charred barrels. The combination of these barrels creates a delicious, warm and spicy character.
It is filled into bottles with 54.7 % alcohol content. No addition of paint or cold filtration. It comes from Campbeltown region. This whisky goes well with roasted steak, grilled vegetables, demi-glace sauce or fish such as salmon, cod and mackerel. We recommend enjoying it clean without ice or water.
This is a special edition of the seasonal edition of whiskey from 2021.
Color: amber with golden highlights
Aroma: apple, salty, vanilla, caramel
Taste: cream, vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg
Finish: long, nuts, orange peel, spices
