Treat yourself to the unusual white cognac Godet Antarctica!
The impetus for the creation of the Godgn Antarctica cognac was an adventurous sea trip and the breaking of a world record. In March 2008, Jean Jacques Godet embarked on a voyage to Antarctica in the company of another 10 crew members. Their journey ended with anchorage on the Antarctic continent 70 ° south of the equator . The small yacht they sailed on had never reached a similar advanced level before. The record has been broken.
In honor of this success, Godet Winery created a unique Eaux de Vie upon their return inspired by the purity and beauty of Antarctica. Only the Folle Blanche grape variety was used for the distillation. The white color was achieved thanks to the natural filtration process. The result was cognac, which is a 99 % mixture of cognac and 1 % brandy.
It matured in 100-year-old French oak barrels with the spirit of wine. Completely without tannins. Delicate, sensual, delicious and reflecting its icy pattern. Godet Antarctica is a well-balanced cognac with delicious tones of fruit, chamomile and orange blossoms and spices. Serve chilled.
