Hendrick's Small Batch Gin 1,75l

Hendrick's is an unusual gin created from 11 fine botanicals. Curious but amazing infusions of rose and cucumber infuse Hendrick's with a unique balance of flavours that results in an incomparably smooth gin.

The inventor and Master Distiller of Hendrick's gin is a woman named Lesley Gracie. Part alchemical genius, part liquid poet and part scientist. Lesley is one of the world's greatest gin innovators.

Gin is created by an absurdly inefficient but very famous process. In order to create one gin, two must first be created. One on an old-fashioned pot still, which creates a rich and complex spirit. The other on a Carter Head long cask, which produces a smooth, more refined spirit.

Each spirit is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then combined and complemented with strange but wonderful infusions of rose and cucumber.

This special way of making gin makes the flavour of Hendrick's light yet fascinatingly complex. The result is a wonderfully refreshing gin with a gorgeous floral aroma that will enhance any gin cocktail and any occasion.
