Jameson Caskmates is a unique whiskey made with the help of a Franciscan brewery in Well. The barrels previously used for Jameson were transported to the brewery in Well. Franciscan black beer matured there. After one use for beer maturation, they were sent back to the distillery, where Jameson whiskey, which had been aged for some time, was refilled into kegs for completion.
Aroma: sharp, smelling orchard fruit like green apples and pears, a slight hint of spice
Taste: Subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans, marzipan and burnt oak
Conclusion: Long and sweet with milk chocolate and caramel
