Description
Slovak dry red varietal wine with protected designation of origin from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Variety Alibernet, vintage 2021, South Slovak wine-growing region, village Rubáň.
The aroma has notes of graphite, violets and unripe poppies. The opulent taste is interwoven with juicy stone fruit, blackcurrants and dark chocolate. Once inhaled in the glass, the wine changes its 'dress', becoming silky and velvety.
This is a very tasty vegan wine that we recommend serving at a temperature of 14 to 16°C. Sugar content of the grapes at harvest 24° NM.
Bottle maturity 2-8 years. Recommended storage at 10-12°C.
