Juraj Zápražný Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Slovak dry white wine with protected designation of origin from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon, vintage 2023, South Slovak wine-growing region - Jasová.
The wine is made from blue grapes, yet it is white. The method is called 'Blanc de Noir', where the bunches of grapes are very gently pressed whole to avoid releasing the colouring in the skin.
The wine has a light, apricot-pink colour. Lighter body and pronounced fruitiness. Refreshing fruity finish.
Its lighter body and pronounced fruitiness are well suited to more delicate finishes on vegetable, fish or white meat-based dishes.
Juraj Zápražný founded his business in 1999, continuing the family tradition he took over from his father. The family business manages several hectares of its own vineyards and buys additional grapes from vine-growers in the Lesser Carpathian, Nitra and South Slovak regions.
We recommend serving and storing at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C. The wine is vegan.
