Knob Creek Rye
Knob Creek Rye has been in production since 2012 to capitalize on the ever-growing interest in rye whiskey. Unlike bourbon, there is no stated age, but it is a blend of rye aged up to 9 years.
This honest rye whiskey won a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition. Critics and whisky experts have named it "Best Rye".
It is a blend of 3- to 9-year-old, carefully aged rye and corn whiskey. In terms of flavor and aroma, you'll especially enjoy the traditionally sweet notes of cereal, bread dough, finely crafted leather, various spices, burnt oak and dark chocolate.
Named after the nearby birthplace of President Abraham Lincoln, the brand's whiskey is aged in new charred American white oak barrels. The whiskey is blended from only a few carefully selected barrels, which are monitored by a Master Blender (small batch).
The bottles are filled at 50 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
