Description
La Buse dal Lôf Cabernet Franc is a red dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Cabernet Franc grape variety, Friuli Colli Orientali region. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil and are harvested by hand at the end of September. Peeled grapes are vinified 10 to 12 in steel tanks.
We recommend serving chilled at 16-18 °C. The wine goes well with red grilled or roasted meat. Game, game. Residual sugar content 3 g/l.

Aroma: intense, red fruit, vivid herbal tones
Taste: fresh, spicy, plant tones, tannins present but very fine and pleasant wine
