In the Maison Peyrat cellars, they rest for several months in oak barrels after cognac, which give them irresistible elegance and roundness.
20-year-old Moko rum is full of fine caramel, which will force you to smell it once again, with a rare aroma of vanilla, oak wood and intense tobacco. The robust and complex structure reveals rich tones of figs, bourbon and roasted nuts, culminating in notes evoking fine cognac.
