Description
Slovak varietal white semi-dry wine with the attribute late harvest. Gewürztraminer grape variety, vintage 2021. Grape sugar content at harvest: 23.0˚NM. Nitra wine region, Vinodol village.
A yellow wine with a golden hue, with an aroma of herbs and flowers, lined with notes of ground white pepper. The taste of the wine is distinctive, intertwined with grassy tones and rich fruit acids.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 11 to 13°C with poultry with sweet and sour sauces, preferably with duck breast with honey-balsamic reduction, beef with mushrooms and veal perkelt with cream.
