Piccini Collezione Oro Rosso Toscano IGT is an Italian red wine made from 3 grape varieties: 70% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Petit Verdot, from the Tuscany IGT wine region, Italy. The wine aged for 6 months, with 70% of the blend in large oak barrels and 30% in barrique barrels. It belongs to the Piccini wine collection "Collezione Oro" (translated as golden collection) which includes only wines of extraordinary quality and perfect balance. It is the passion, tradition, and know-how that have become the key ingredients that the Piccini winery uses to produce its wines at a high artistic level.
Aroma: elegant and complex with notes of blackberries and spices
Taste: warm and smooth, with ripe red fruit on the palate supported by light tannins, rich structure, and a long, spicy finish
Excellent in combination with roasted meats, poultry, and aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 18 °C.
