Portofino Dry Gin contains up to 21 botanicals, each carefully selected for their natural aromatic qualities. You'll find local juniper, lemons, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris and roses grown in the botanical reserve in the hills of Portofino. These are mysteriously blended with local hand-picked ingredients and together form the secret recipe of this gin.

Portofino Gin is made in an ancient Italian distillery 2 hours away. Each production batch combines traditional and innovative distillation methods - from the old Italian copper pot still distillation method, also used in the production of local liqueur and grappa, to the masterfully crafted modern technology using vacuum, which preserves the aroma of even the most delicate botanicals.
