R.L. Seale's 10 Year
This pleasant rum R.L. Seale's will first impress you with its radiant golden color and unique nutty aroma. Its body is smooth and well-rounded.
The nutty flavor is excellent, with light vanilla notes coming from aging in oak barrels, and you can also feel the lingering notes of toasted almonds. R.L. Seale's is crafted to bring you the best of rum in the style of the Eastern Caribbean.
R.L. Seale & Co. was founded in 1926 by Reginald Leon Seal, who adheres to the Barbadian tradition of producing fine aged and blended rums. It is currently run by Richard Seale, Reginald's great-grandson and the fourth generation of the family rum business.
Richard is best known for his work as Master Distiller and Master Blender at Foursquare Distillery, which the Seale family reopened in 1996. Foursquare rums have received numerous awards over the past few years and have built a loyal following that eagerly anticipates each release.
The distillery is located in the southern part of the island, where warm breezes from the Caribbean gently flow around the oak barrels used for aging the rum. This contributes to the delicate 10-year content of the uniquely asymmetrical bottle. Notably, it features a cork stopper and a "pirate" gold seal on the label, which are rarely used in rums. The black glass completes the distinctive visual impression. It is a bottle that will stand out prominently even in the finest collection.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 46% with a volume of 0.7 l.
