The oldest release of great rum from Doorly's workshop, which has matured for an incredible 14 years. It matured in small ex-bourbon barrels, from which it acquired a delicate spicy taste with tones of wood, cinnamon and smoke.
It was then filled into ex-wine Madeira barrels of American white oak, which gave it the aroma of dried fruit, oranges and ginger. In short, it is a complex rum with a delicate aroma and taste, which can only be achieved over time and especially quality production.
It comes from the world-famous Barbados distillery Foursquare, which produces the highest quality rum in the world. After maturation, the rum was filled into bottles with 48 % alcohol content and then closed with a cork stopper.
