Rum Relicario Ron Dominicano Vermouth Finish is developed from Relicario Superior rum, which is aged from 5 to 10 years in the Dominican Republic.

What makes this rum truly unique, however, is its finishing in vermouth barrels. Exactly 6 months in American oak barrels in which the Mancino Vermouth Vecchio vermouth was previously aged for 12 months.

This method adds an extra layer of complexity to the rum while giving it the characteristic notes of herbs and aromatic spices that are typical of vermouth. The result is a harmonious drink with a rich aroma and delicate nuances that range from sweet to herbal.

It is a light rum that is the result of optimal fermentation and distillation of the musts, as well as barrel ageing. Relicario Ron Dominicano Vermouth Finish is recommended to be enjoyed on its own or in cocktails such as the Rum Manhattan.
