What makes this rum truly unique is its finishing in vermouth casks. Exactly 6 months in American oak barrels that previously aged Mancino Vermouth Vecchio for 12 months.
This method adds another layer of complexity to the rum while providing characteristic herbal and aromatic spice notes typical of vermouth. The result is a harmonious drink with a rich aroma and delicate nuances ranging from sweet to herbal.
It is a light rum that is the result of optimal fermentation and distillation of musts, as well as aging in barrels. Relicario Ron Dominicano Vermouth Finish is recommended to be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, such as a Rum Manhattan.
