Description
The Irish refreshing Dry gin Silks is hand-distilled in a 500-liter copper pot in the family-run Boann distillery. It is made from homemade apple blossoms, honey, elderflower and 10 other botany and plants. They are leached for 24 hours and then distilled and infused with steam.
No cold filtration. Prior to bottling, the gin was diluted with water from a well near the distillery. Silks gin is great for cocktails like Martini, Gimlet and French 75 or pure with ice.
